I have seen a lot of articles about using a home loan to improve your bad credit. Some were OK, but many just don’t make any sense. So I thought I had better write an article on this important subject of bad credit and homes and hopefully it will make more sense to you.

Being turned off by credit problems that are easily fixed
Credit is getting harder to get for all applicants and especially for credit impaired. If you are a first home buyer and have credit impairment, you will need a bigger saved deposit and strong present income as a given. You may also be better off using a mortgage broker to get the loans that suits your credit profile. Obviously if the mortgage broker knows this profile it will make their job so much easier.

A lot of people are suffering from mortgage stress right now, and they need answers right now.
They can’t afford to wait for the Government to create competition in the mortgage industry, they need to refinance now, or risk losing their home to the greedy banks.
And that poses a couple of questions.
