Home buyers cautious despite the bigger first home owners grant
KEVIN Rudd’s bold bid to lure first home buyers into the nation’s sluggish housing and new home market has been greeted with caution by young investors, with the big increase in the first-home buyer’s grant failing to generate an immediate kickstart to the ailing sector.
